Please note: Any participant registrating on or after the 27th June will not be able to go to the Conference Banquet, because we need to send the final list of names and the total number of delegates to the Stormont by 27th June.

There are two steps to complete your registration. The registration is considered complete only upon reception of a proof of payment. After we have received your registration and the payment, we will send you a confirmation by email.

  • B: complete the payment method shown below.

    At least one of the authors of each accepted conference paper is expected to attend the conference and to make oral presentation of the paper. The paper will be printed in the proceedings only if at least one of the authors is registered by April 12, 2011.

    One full Conference registration includes admission to all sessions, a copy of conference proceedings, the conference reception, one conference banquet ticket, three lunches, and tea/coffee breaks with refreshments.

    One full Conference & Workshop registration enjoys all the benefits for the conference stated above, plus one lunch, two tea/coffee breaks, bus transfer to/from Belfast City Center ECIT (the workshop venue), and a group visit to the birth place of Titanic at the Titanic Quarter on the 28th June 2011.

    One full conference/conference&workshop registration will cover publication and presentation of up to two papers (both papers must be written and presented by the same author). Each additional presented paper associated with the same registration will be subject to an additional fee of £100.

    Student conference registration includes admission to all sessions, a copy of conference proceedings, the conference reception, one conference banquet ticket, three lunches, and tea/coffee breaks with refreshments. One student registration covers only the publication and presentation of one paper. Each additional presented paper associated with the same registration will be subject to an additional fee of £100.

    Terms of cancellation: The registration is binding. If you are prevented from participating, you may pass on your registration to a colleague (who will present the paper(s) for you). On written cancellation received by May 31, 2010, the registration fee will be refunded against an administration charge of £100.
