I am a senior lecturer of computer science in the School of Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Queen's University Belfast. I am a member of the Knowledge and Data Engineering research cluster within the school. I teach databases and data analytics at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

My main research interests are in the areas of artificial intelligence (planning, multi-agent systems, reasoning under uncertainty and machine learning), data management and analytics (Web, social media and enterprise data extraction, search, mining and integration; big data extraction, integration and analytics for business intelligence, fraud detection, behaviour and risk analysis; administrative data linkage, access and analytics) and Web technology (Web mining, recommender systems).
