Environment & Buildings

An example database of information captured by QUB Estates is provided as a set of Comma Separated Values (CSV) files and also the SQL code to re-create the database and populate it. This database contains data on:

• Facility Buildings - All buildings the School occupies.
• Facility Areas Floors, Rooms, Spaces in each building
• Meter Readings - can be used to work out Electricity Consumption (kwh), Consumption(kwh/m²), Emissions CO2 (kg), Emissions CO2 (kg/m²) and costs.

File downloads:

• SQL file (in compressed zip file) exported from Microsoft SQL Server DBMS
• CSV Data Files (in compressed zip file)

Student Info

A data file with all student module enrolments in EEECS is provided as a CSV file.

• QSIS - Student enrolment on course modules - a record records the modules that students are enrolled on
• CSB Computer Lab login data - a database logs all sessions in the computer labs

• Anonymised CSB lab logins (historical - first semester 2017-18)

Room Booking and Events Info

A data feed from the central room bookings database is used to update CSB building digital signage and local systems

• Room Bookings - a text file format lists each bookable room followed by a list of booking details

The format for the bookings data feed text file is: Room number and header fields followed by a list of event entries e.g.
